We’ve added a new indicator to show which of your website archiving projects have daily email notification alerts set.
The alerts show you which pages we detected changes in your archive for that day, and can be used to alert your website compliance team to website changes they might not have otherwise been aware of.

The indicator is also shown on the project overview screen, where you view details of today’s archived pages.

We have added the latest version of Firefox (3.6) to the list of browsers that cab be used for archiving your website. Most websites are developed to look and perform the same in all modern browsers, so we normally choose and update the browser that we use to test your website, however there are some times when a specific version is required. As our capture technology actually runs real browsers on real operating systems, and is capable of interacting with your website, we can capture areas other archiving companies can not, such as e-commerce transactions and login / password protected areas.
We can currently capture screen shots of all the pages on your website using the following browsers:
Firefox 3.0, 3.5 and 3.6
Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0

We’ve just released a new feature for our Website-Archive service, aimed at compliance officers, however it can be used by anyone.
When we detect a change in the page we archive, we send an email (as below) to notify you of the fact.

If you would like to know more about this or any of the other features of our website archiving service, please contact us.

To ensure you have copies of your data for compliance purposes, we now offer the option of you downloading either daily of monthly copies of your archives.
By choosing the download tab from an archiving project, you can see all of your available downloads, along with the file size and hash. To download them simply click on the zip icon at the end of the row.

Your archives are still maintained on-line / off-line for the period in your service package, but this new feature allows you direct access to them.
If you would like to know more about this or any of the other features of our website archiving service, please contact us.

We’re pleased to announce that our File and Document Archiving has now moved out of Beta and is available to all subscribers.
It is similar in concept to our standard Website Archiving, in that it is an outsourced managed service. Just tell us what you want archiving and we’ll do the rest.
The captured files are available to view via our web interface, in addition to being stored in multiple secure locations for compliance purposes.
As you can see we can capture a number of different file / content types:

By choosing an individual archive, you can view the downloaded archives.

As with our standard website archiving, a changed indicator notes a difference found in the file hash.
Clicking on the icon at the end of the row will allow you to download the version of the file.
