We’ve added a new indicator to show which of your website archiving projects have daily email notification alerts set.
The alerts show you which pages we detected changes in your archive for that day, and can be used to alert your website compliance team to website changes they might not have otherwise been aware of.

The indicator is also shown on the project overview screen, where you view details of today’s archived pages.

We’ve just released a new feature for our Website-Archive service, aimed at compliance officers, however it can be used by anyone.
When we detect a change in the page we archive, we send an email (as below) to notify you of the fact.

If you would like to know more about this or any of the other features of our website archiving service, please contact us.
Compliance Officer, Email, Website Archiving
To enhance our Website Archiving service (www.website-archive.com), we’ve just added digital watermarks to the daily screenshots we capture of your website pages, which is essential for compliance such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and FINRA.

They are appended to the bottom of the image and contain the date and time of capture along with the URL (website address) of the page.

Click on the image for a full sized view.
We’re offering a 30 day no commitment trial of the service, so why not give it a try.
For more details of the service, either see the website at http://www.website-archive.com/ or contact me Robin Storey (robin@cloudtesting.com).
